May. 23rd, 2014 06:17 pm Knothole is gorgeous today. There's honestly no other way to put it. Citizens are out and about, working in their gardens, playing with their children, or simply basking in the glow of the warm sun. So why is Amy Rose not enjoying herself to such a harmonious degree? Because when you're trying to win the heart of the handsomest hedgehog in town, you've got no time to waste!
She's walking without looking where she's going, as she's reading the same set of pages over and over again. Those passing by her might see that they're music sheets. Sonic played the guitar, so perhaps if she followed up with some instrumental talent of her own, they might wind up making beautiful music together! Unfortunately, her last few attempts - flute, violin, drums - had not worked out so well - finger got stuck, snapped the string, and royally angered the neighbors.
There was still the 'singing' option, yet it felt like she would just be copying Mina Mongoose. And no one's voice in Knothole could compare to Mina! She grumbled, sticking out her upper lip in frustration as she looked the notes over again. Why was true love so hard?
